New strip is up.

Just engaged in the following with the princess herself, heir to all of Penny Arcade:

Of course, I have no plan, let alone one that is currently unfolding.  It’s a delicate situation, one that will require every cubic centimetre of restraint I can mustre.  Muster, I mean.  Things got British, somehow.  Or French. 

Jesus, I’m already fucking this up.  I need to radiate calm.  Right now I’m not radiating calm when that is like the chief thing I need to be radiating.

i felt unfettered and alive

And I have written it for Zach over at Joe And Monkey, which is a good comic and I like it.  The strip itself was drawn by Mitch over at Nothing Nice To Say, a cartoon I am prepared to call awesome in every way, and it was really cool of him to do it.  They’re both in one of these pinko “collectives” the kids are always going on about.  I have been told that they grow wheat.

Zach was actually how I found out about Squid And Ink, a webcomics magazine, which seems like a potent way to introduce people to the medium in general.  I hope things go well for them.

If you’ve moved since you pre-registered for PAX, please let Mike Fehlauer know - we’re mailing the passes directly this year, cool little plastic cards and holders, and we would prefer that the pass arrive somewhere proximate to your physical person.  Ahem.

A good number of people asked us to extend the pre-reg deadline out a little bit past the beginning of the month, and we couldn’t see why not.  So, there you go.
