I F*cking Love Science is revolutionizing science education

This Mashable piece really encapsulates the spirit that has come to make "I Fucking Love Science" a runaway social media hit. But while some merely see a comedic slant on science information, there's some genuine brilliance behind it.

It may have been started as a single person's feed for interesting science facts, but it's turned into an interesting new way to educate adults about science. We stop reaching out to adults after college, and this is as good a way as any to keep the interest of an older crowd.

Carl Sagan's gentle tones spoke to the philosopher in our hearts. Neil deGrasse Tyson turned science into poetry. And Elise Andrew of "I Fucking Love Science" uses dark comedy to elucidate the truth about the natural world.
