Let’s explore the internals of the PlayStation 4
The PlayStation 4 is built for games, and just games. There's none of the required camera bullshit you get with the Xbox One, and Sony's new console isn't worried about taking over your cable box. It's a gaming console, and it also happens to be $100 less expensive than the competition.
These are all good things.
This story from Wired takes us inside the internals of the hardware, and it's neat to see how the whole thing is put together. Developers have to be ecstatic that the powerful, but tricky, architecture of the PlayStation 3 has been ditched in favor of something that's much easier for which to code.
