Nintendo hasn't actually kept smaller developers in a warm embrace for the past few years, but this interview with Dan Adelman explains how Nintendo has changed its rules and policies to bring more diverse and interesting developers and games to the Nintendo consoles. It's an interesting read, and all the changes seem like they're for the better.
