One presumes my final form is just me as I am now, a greasy and glistening sphere, within which plump veins can be seen writhing in their labors. There are disadvantages obviously but if we're both trying to get to the bottom of a hill, and we're putting money on it? Good luck, bro. Good fuckin' luck.
I rolled credits on Borderlands 4 after about fifty-four hours; I'm curious to fuck around with the endgame stuff because I typically haven't hung around for that part. By the time I get even close to the point my group fell apart or I've logged into another dot com. Gabe and I have been fucking around in Battlefield 6 and having a great time as medics with powerful detailed backstories - medics who primarily heal each other, a rich opportunity for shipping. They just dropped their take on Battle Royale - REDSEC - and the dynamics of B6 are so different from other shooters that it might really have something to say here. BALL x PIT has managed to fritter away some of these empty hours before death, but for some reason I'm just sorta tapping my feet, waiting for ARC Raiders.
I thought it was wild as hell when Bungie thought they were gonna take Extraction to the masses, the prized "employed" cadre who still has money for cybertoys. Being into Extraction shooters is the videogame equivalent of being into feet - wicked, sunken-eyed men jorking a leathery and unresponsive dong. A ragged ascetic, trying to summon an erection like a snake from a woven basket. Of course, I fit right in.
These games are really, really scary. It's just on the edge of too scary for me; I washed out of Tarkov eventually. I've had Hunt: Showdown in my cart before, and then I remember streams of the kind of people you meet in these games - see above. I liked The Cycle: Frontier but I must have been the only one. After ARC Raiders, I don't think Bungie was crazy to attempt it anymore; I wasn't certain this nascent genre it could be more inviting and still remain itself. There is a version of this that hangs a little lower on the bough. That doesn't mean I can get it, necessarily, but I'm sure as hell gonna try.
(CW)TB out.
