This is just a quick note to say that the 23rd annual Child’s Play Charity Dinner and Auction is coming up on November 13th and you can get your tickets now!
We are moving to the Summit building in Seattle this year. Those of you who attend PAX West will be familiar with the new space. It is a great location and we are hoping to pack it with nerds for a good cause.

As in past years, we will have silent and live auctions as well as dinner and drinks. It’s always an awesome night and you can get individual tickets or sponsor an entire table right here.
We also are still looking for items for the auction. I am specifically asking the crafters and artists out there to help us out. Hand made gaming related items and art are always SUPER popular at the auction. If you would like to support Child’s Play by making something for the auction, now is a great time to get started! We also would love big cool items or experiences for the live auction. If you think you have something that would fit, you can get more details about donating your items here.
Thank you to everyone who supports Child’s Play and I hope to see you at the dinner!
After a sudden diagnosis and major surgery, a young Pokémon fan required a mechanical pump to keep his heart beating. To help him cope, his care team 3D-printed a miniature “PokeMate 3” version of the heart device he now relies on and attached it to his favorite Pikachu.
