We are occasionally exposed to Mysterious Benefactors, once who materialize out of a vapour or maybe get dressed up all fancy-like and come to a Child's Play Dinner. People can purchase an appearance in a strip, which is funny, because generally speaking - given the era - people would have spent money to not appear in one, especially around launch. Weirdly, that's essentially what today's cool man did. But these luminous beings, hybrid creatures fashioned from a medieval patron and God's own angels, they want to support the mission of Child's Play Charity. Here's an example of what they looks like today:
Charity Drives and powerful events like the Dinner or Desert Bus For Hope are the more common manifestations of people's kindness. The ability to imagine someone in a shitty place at a shitty time and under the shittiest imaginable circumstances and say, "actually, can I help?" is something we've seen play out for a couple decades now. Our charge was essentially to figure out where friction exists in the delivery of this digital medicine and, on the loaves and fishes tip, feed more than that paper says we can.
The video above shows one of our most potent inventions, the Pediatric Gaming And Technology Specialist, which colloquially we call Game Techs. We love to see a big pile of advanced tech - as we learned, Entropy loves it too. These specialists, which we're developing a certification program for, are there to maintain and thoughtfully apply There are over fifty of them installed around the world, and they all know each other. That's the second part: no good practice is allowed to remain a purely local phenomenon.
We have tried to be good stewards of the feeling you had when you chipped in. We never stopped, and neither did you. I think this is how it's supposed to work.
(CW)TB out.
