This was a huge show for fans of the Eyrewood. The first thing we announced was the Thornwatch Kickstarter. I'd like to thank everyone who has supported the Kickstarter. If you are on the fence about the game I would encourage you to grab the print and play. It's a great introduction to the mechanics and the setting. I do want to make it clear that while the game plays great I still of a lot of work to do on the art side of it. The process of taking the sketches and rough paintings you're seeing now, to what I would consider final art is something I plan on sharing through the Kickstarter. When all is said and done, I want you to feel like you're playing through a massive, lavishly painted Thornwatch graphic novel.
Thornwatch will deliver a ton of Eyrewood lore. We will be dropping so much new world information about not just the Thornwatch, but the Daughters and the Lookouts as well. Speaking of Lookouts we premiered the incredible Lookouts "fan film" by Redgate films over the weekend. If you haven't seen it yet, I am jealous. You are going to watch this thing and then you're going to try and understand how it could have possibly been made by made by such a tiny team. They made the Eyrewood a real place, and all I can think about is when I will get to go back.
After you watch it we would love it if you shared it with anyone else you think might like it. So much love and work went into this film I just want as many people to see it as possible.
